Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
  • Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to interpret complex regulatory changes and their impact on the organization.
  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions, including ASC 740 compliance.
