Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Optimize job postings and employer branding materials for maximum reach.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
