Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring goals and organizational objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and business critical roles, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
- Build a robust talent pipeline and enhance our employer brand presence within the NYC market.
- Conduct insightful behavioral interviews and manage candidate relationships to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, success metrics, and competency models.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or Recruitment Partner roles.
- Proven track record of successfully filling key positions in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close top candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP/CPA certification is a plus.
