Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies using SAP and Oracle SCM platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams in optimizing inventory turnover and reducing logistics costs by 15-20%
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for disruptions including geopolitical events and climate impacts
- Collaborate with procurement teams to establish strategic vendor partnerships with 3PL providers
- Analyze supply chain KPIs using Power BI to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular economy models
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct quarterly process audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain leadership with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma certification and TMS/WMS implementation
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by $2M+ annually
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics tools (Power BI, SAP IBP)
- Strong understanding of ASEAN customs regulations and FTAs
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
