Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage vendor relationships, procurement workflows, and distribution logistics.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust supply strategies proactively.
- Implement lean methodology across warehouse operations to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on performance, budget adherence, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate advanced SCM software and automation tools into daily workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and international shipping standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or high-volume logistics operations.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing global sourcing and domestic distribution networks.
- Expert-level proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in inventory management software and demand planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate high-performance teams.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP or CLTD) is highly preferred.
