Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless movement of goods from manufacturing to final delivery.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce operational costs and improve cycle times.
- Manage relationships with key third-party logistics (3PL) partners and carrier networks.
- Oversee inventory management systems and implement lean methodologies to optimize warehouse capacity.
- Analyze performance KPIs, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, compliance, and sustainability.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to foster a culture of high performance and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven track record in managing complex budgets and large-scale warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create predictive models.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing remote or regional teams.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
