Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce lead times and operational costs.
- Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate complex procurement contracts.
- Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting to ensure 99% fulfillment accuracy.
- Direct the implementation of advanced WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) across multiple sites.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and supply chain analysts.
- Coordinate with international freight forwarders to ensure seamless cross-border shipping compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-site distribution networks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
