In this role, you will be the architect of our end-to-end supply chain efficiency, leveraging cutting-edge data analytics to reduce lead times and enhance procurement reliability for our enterprise-level clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution throughput.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and reduce vendor lead times by 15% annually.
- Implement advanced demand planning and forecasting models utilizing ERP software and predictive analytics.
- Oversee warehouse operations and logistics performance metrics to ensure 99% on-time delivery rates.
- Manage key vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and SLAs to ensure cost-efficiency and quality compliance.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks within the supply chain, establishing robust contingency and disaster recovery plans.
- Mentor junior supply chain analysts and oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies across facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong command of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and freight logistics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-site teams.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
