Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and last-mile delivery partners.
- Leverage advanced data analytics to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean methodologies across all operational departments.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate service-level agreements to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and international transportation regulations.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives to integrate real-time tracking and automated reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chains within a high-volume environment.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of developing high-performing teams.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
