Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to reduce lead times and operational costs.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to diversify and strengthen the vendor base.
- Oversee inventory management systems, ensuring high accuracy and turnover rates across all regional hubs.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to integrate advanced ERP solutions into daily warehouse workflows.
- Manage complex logistics partnerships, negotiating contracts to secure favorable rates and service levels.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor a team of logistics coordinators, fostering a culture of professional excellence and safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or distribution management.
- Expertise in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Proven track record of managing $50M+ annual inventory budgets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing remote and on-site cross-functional teams.
- APICS (CSCP or CLTD) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a significant asset.
