Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between procurement, warehouse operations, and freight partners.
- Implement advanced inventory management software and automated reporting tools to enhance visibility.
- Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate service-level agreements to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable operational improvements.
- Oversee demand planning processes to ensure optimal stock levels across all distribution centers.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Expertise in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced WMS platforms.
- Proven track record of managing complex distribution networks and multi-site operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets for strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse, and remote teams.
- APICS or CSCP certification is considered a significant advantage.
