Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, from procurement to final delivery.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and international trade laws.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and ERP systems to enhance visibility and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Experience in air and sea freight operations is a plus.
