Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce logistics overhead.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline procurement cycles and vendor performance metrics.
- Implement advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) to drive accuracy and operational throughput.
- Manage end-to-end logistics partnerships, including freight negotiations and 3PL oversight.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and proactively propose scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and align production schedules with market trends.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-volume distribution or supply chain management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar logistics budgets with measurable cost savings.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence executive-level decisions.
- APICS CSCP or CLTD certification is highly desirable.
