Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment processes.
- Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks through rigorous data analysis and process engineering.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply streams.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and inventory analysts to foster a culture of high performance.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols across all warehouse facilities.
- Utilize ERP and TMS software to track KPIs and provide executive-level reports on operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of successful process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma certification highly desirable).
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations, import/export compliance, and freight forwarding.
