Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our logistics division in Singapore. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for optimizing our global supply chain network, ensuring timely delivery, and driving cost efficiency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, from procurement to final delivery. You will leverage data-driven insights to improve operational workflows and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive market targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and logistics expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and vendors to secure the best terms.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean methodologies to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics projects and optimizing networks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make data-driven decisions.
