Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and drive profitability.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure optimal service levels.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to optimize shipping routes, reduce freight costs, and improve on-time delivery rates.
- Oversee inventory management and warehousing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, and finance to forecast demand and align resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan) and logistics management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and implement data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
