In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, implement lean methodologies, and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance our end-to-end logistics infrastructure.
You will play a pivotal role in managing high-volume operations, ensuring our commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth continues to exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale complex end-to-end supply chain strategies across domestic and international markets.
- Oversee warehouse throughput, inventory management systems, and transportation procurement workflows.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and execute data-driven process improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management to negotiate contracts and improve lead times.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and local safety standards.
- Mentor a team of logistics coordinators and analysts to foster a culture of high performance and agility.
- Drive the integration of new ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to automate manual processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven expertise in managing WMS/TMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies or APICS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated success in managing logistics budgets exceeding $5M annually.
