Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain optimization initiatives to reduce lead times and operational costs.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and international freight carriers to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Utilize ERP and TMS data to forecast demand and manage inventory health across multi-node distribution centers.
- Drive continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate process waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless product flow.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team to exceed quarterly KPIs.
- Implement data visualization tools to provide real-time visibility into supply chain bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing remote or cross-functional teams.
- APICS CSCP or CLTD certification is a significant advantage.
