You will oversee end-to-end logistics, drive process improvements, and lead high-performing teams to meet ambitious performance targets.
In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge analytics to minimize lead times, reduce overhead, and scale operations in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, and final-mile distribution.
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-backed improvement strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and service reliability.
- Oversee inventory management systems and ensure high stock accuracy across multiple distribution centers.
- Direct cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between sales forecasts and production scheduling.
- Develop and enforce safety, quality, and compliance protocols across all logistics channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations within a global firm.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced logistics management software.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operational budgets and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance, customs regulations, and transportation management systems (TMS).
