Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve lead times and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and analysts to meet high-performance KPIs.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with international 3PL providers and freight forwarders.
- Implement advanced data analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and optimize inventory flow.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or transportation management.
- Proven track record of managing complex global supply chains and multi-site distribution networks.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large-scale teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance and import/export regulatory frameworks.
- APICS (CSCP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
