In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize end-to-end logistics workflows, and implement innovative technologies to drive scalability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and lead times.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL partners and international freight forwarders.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and safety standards.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and optimize inventory turnover.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Implement advanced supply chain software to enhance visibility and tracking accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Proven track record of scaling logistics operations in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly preferred.
