Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily supply chain operations to ensure seamless product flow and inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce lead times and optimize logistics costs.
- Manage relationships with key domestic and international freight carriers and 3PL partners.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and execute process improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast demand and align inventory levels.
- Maintain full compliance with safety regulations and import/export documentation standards.
- Mentor junior operations staff to foster a culture of professional growth and performance excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or transportation management.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency in a high-volume warehouse or distribution setting.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and WMS platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma process improvement techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
