Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless movement of goods across domestic and international channels.
- Develop and implement data-driven logistics strategies to reduce lead times and optimize operational costs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers and freight carriers.
- Utilize advanced ERP systems and analytics tools to monitor inventory accuracy and demand forecasting.
- Mentor and lead high-performing teams to achieve operational KPIs and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse leadership to align supply strategies with corporate goals.
- Identify process bottlenecks and deploy continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or transportation management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and TMS platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to provide actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance, import/export regulations, and carrier management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification (APICS CSCP, CLTD, or PMP) is highly preferred.
