Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce logistics overhead.
- Lead and mentor regional operations teams to ensure peak performance across warehousing and distribution channels.
- Leverage advanced data analytics to forecast demand, mitigate risks, and enhance supply chain resilience.
- Manage relationships with key international vendors, 3PL partners, and freight forwarders to ensure service level agreements are exceeded.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma/Lean methodologies to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate with IT and Procurement teams to integrate enterprise-grade ERP systems and automation technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume supply chain or logistics environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex global supply chains and multi-modal transportation networks.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Deep understanding of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and global import/export logistics.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is highly desired.
