Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve lead times and reduce operational costs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service levels and pricing.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Oversee inventory management systems and maintain accuracy across regional distribution centers.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team to achieve company KPIs and safety standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics partners to optimize domestic and international shipping routes.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance across all logistics operations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management.
- Proven track record of optimizing warehouse operations and transportation networks.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Industry certification (APICS, CSCP, or CLTD) is highly preferred.
