Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the management of complex, multi-modal logistics networks.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative process improvements.
- Oversee vendor and carrier performance, ensuring SLA compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate advanced warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Mentor and coach logistics coordinators to foster a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of lean methodology and Six Sigma practices.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume freight operations in a global market.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in CPIM or CSCP (APICS) is a significant advantage.
