Responsibilities
- Lead and scale daily warehouse and transportation operations to maximize throughput efficiency.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that reduce lead times and operational costs.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including 3PL providers, vendors, and freight carriers.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels across multiple sites.
- Implement and oversee rigorous safety and compliance standards (OSHA/DOT).
- Mentor and develop high-performing management teams to foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects to upgrade warehouse management systems (WMS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Green or Black Belt certification is a major plus.
- Proven proficiency with modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
- Strong leadership background, specifically in managing large, diverse warehouse teams.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance and domestic transportation regulations.
