Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with company growth targets.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Oversee vendor and carrier performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs and service level agreements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing new ERP and TMS software systems.
- Manage complex inventory forecasting models to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with international trade laws and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency by at least 15%.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder preferred).
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance and domestic transportation regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing teams.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
