Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation operations.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels with cost reduction targets.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, finance, and manufacturing teams.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lead times and reduce operational waste.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate freight contracts to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of reducing operational costs.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, freight forwarding, and domestic transportation networks.
- APICS (CSCP or CLTD) or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
