Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless flow of goods from procurement to final mile delivery.
- Develop and execute logistics strategies to minimize operational overhead while maximizing delivery speed and accuracy.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and regional warehouse facility managers.
- Implement advanced inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce holding costs.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify performance bottlenecks and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators, dispatchers, and warehouse supervisors.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and international transportation and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations within a large-scale enterprise.
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP/WMS integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder).
- Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and manage large-scale project budgets.
- Strong working knowledge of global trade compliance and domestic transportation regulations.
