Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and service levels.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL partners and carriers to negotiate competitive service agreements.
- Implement lean methodology across warehouse facilities to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to forecast demand and mitigate risks in real-time.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between procurement, transportation, and delivery.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team through ongoing training and professional development.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and logistics industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in data modeling and demand forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management and process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
