Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring compliance with global logistics standards.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative process improvements.
- Oversee end-to-end transportation management, from procurement to final mile delivery.
- Manage complex warehouse operations and inventory accuracy through advanced ERP integration.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service quality or reliability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and high-level distribution partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and freight forwarding processes.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operational budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic communication skills.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma certification is considered a significant asset.
