Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse operations, transportation planning, and procurement.
- Utilize advanced predictive analytics to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Implement lean methodology across distribution centers to drive continuous improvement and operational safety.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics budgets, ensuring financial targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Drive digital transformation efforts by integrating new WMS (Warehouse Management System) technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven track record of scaling supply chain operations in a high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, multi-site teams.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance, freight forwarding, and domestic distribution.
- Certification in APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly desirable.
