Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and service-level compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to increase overall network productivity.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with global shipping standards and hazardous material handling protocols.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast demand and align supply chain capacity with growth targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
- Expert-level proficiency with modern ERP and WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder).
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance, freight forwarding, and international logistics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in SQL, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
