Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and transportation to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate high-level service level agreements (SLAs) with global carriers.
- Implement advanced analytics to monitor real-time supply chain performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage capital budgets and forecasting for regional distribution infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in large-scale logistics or supply chain operations.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in predictive modeling and supply chain software.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse, multi-site teams.
- Professional certification (APICS CSCP, CLTD, or PMP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
