Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse operations, transportation planning, and procurement.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL providers and international carriers to ensure service level compliance.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline distribution processes.
- Ensure full compliance with local, federal, and international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or transportation management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse or distribution operations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS software implementations.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a history of leading diverse teams.
- APICS (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
