Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Lead and mentor regional logistics teams to ensure peak performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management to negotiate contracts and improve supplier performance.
- Oversee end-to-end transportation and distribution network, ensuring cost-efficiency and delivery accuracy.
- Implement advanced logistics management software (TMS/WMS) to enhance end-to-end visibility.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the annual operating budget, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics networks and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in ERP and WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
