Apex Global Logistics is seeking a data-driven Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee our high-volume distribution networks. In this role, you will be the architect of our logistics strategy, driving performance improvements, cost optimization, and cross-functional synergy across our North American hubs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile distribution.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
- Collaborate with international partners and vendors to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Oversee annual budgeting and capital expenditure projects related to distribution infrastructure.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and freight forwarding.
- Proven track record in driving lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional certification (APICS, CSCP, or CLTD) is highly preferred.
