Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, distribution, and freight procurement.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Sales and Finance, to align operations with business growth goals.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations or logistics management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategy.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of global freight forwarding, customs compliance, and omnichannel distribution.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD is highly preferred.
