Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize end-to-end fulfillment operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve inventory turnover and warehouse throughput metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and supply continuity.
- Implement advanced data-driven forecasting models to predict demand and mitigate market volatility.
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) across all distribution nodes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define annual logistics budgets and capital expenditures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain operations or logistics.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
