Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory flow and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation management.
- Collaborate with international partners and stakeholders to streamline cross-border trade and compliance.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and service levels.
- Utilize advanced ERP systems to track shipments, forecast demand, and manage risk across the supply network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global distribution networks.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage high-performing remote and on-site teams.
