Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy to improve service levels and reduce logistics expenditures.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL partners and international freight forwarders to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory distribution across regional hubs.
- Oversee warehouse operations performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of supply chain digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks within the global supply chain, ensuring business continuity.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational budget management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiencies and reducing operational costs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and Excel.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse, remote, or hybrid teams.
