Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and daily execution of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve inventory accuracy and throughput.
- Manage key carrier relationships and negotiate freight contracts to reduce operational costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Oversee performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.
- Mitigate supply chain disruptions through proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced analytical tools.
- Proven track record of scaling logistics operations in a high-volume environment.
- Deep understanding of domestic and international freight regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- APICS (CSCP/CLTD) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a major plus.
