Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce operational costs.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination between global vendors, warehouses, and transport providers.
- Leverage data analytics to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators and analysts to meet KPIs.
- Implement advanced supply chain technologies and automation tools to enhance transparency and speed.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain modeling software.
- Proven track record of managing complex global supply chain networks and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse, remote, or hybrid teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Certification such as APICS CSCP or CLTD is highly desirable.
