Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL providers and freight forwarders to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Oversee inventory management protocols to balance stock levels with customer demand forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional teams in high-stakes warehouse transitions and system integrations.
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations, safety standards, and trade laws.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders highlighting key KPIs and financial outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations or logistics management.
- Expert-level proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software (SAP or Oracle preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and manage multi-site distribution environments.
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
- APICS (CSCP/CLTD) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
