Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution timelines.
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying bottlenecks and implementing lean methodologies to boost productivity.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics partners to negotiate favorable terms and enhance carrier performance.
- Oversee demand forecasting, capacity planning, and SKU rationalization processes.
- Utilize advanced ERP and TMS systems to analyze operational data and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Drive a safety-first culture across all warehouse and transportation environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven track record of optimizing warehouse operations and reducing operational costs.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
