Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams in managing warehouse operations, freight procurement, and last-mile delivery coordination.
- Analyze complex logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and budget constraints.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of new ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising the quality of service or customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop operations staff to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations or logistics management.
- Expert-level proficiency in WMS, TMS, and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder).
- Proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-site distribution networks.
- Advanced analytical skills with mastery of Excel and business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large-scale cross-functional teams.
- APICS (CSCP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
