Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and transit times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and last-mile distribution.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to increase operational efficiency.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including 3PL providers and carrier performance monitoring.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement departments to manage departmental budgets and capital expenditures.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing operations team to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distribution projects and inventory optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse, remote, or distributed teams.
- Professional certification (APICS, CSCP, or PMP) is highly preferred.
