Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and domestic/international distribution.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-effective optimization strategies.
- Manage vendor and carrier relationships to ensure SLA compliance and service excellence.
- Oversee inventory management strategies, including forecasting and safety stock optimization.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the logistics stack to enhance visibility and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain performance with overall corporate business goals.
- Mentor junior supply chain analysts and floor operations supervisors to cultivate internal talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in high-volume logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and WMS software.
- Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-modal transportation networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in APICS (CSCP or CPIM) is highly preferred.
