Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and optimize inventory turnover ratios.
- Maintain strong relationships with global carriers, vendors, and 3PL partners.
- Oversee compliance with safety standards and international shipping regulations.
- Develop performance dashboards to track KPIs and report progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume supply chain or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and TMS platforms.
- Proven track record of improving supply chain performance through data-driven strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote or dispersed teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high comfort level with ambiguity.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
